All firearm purchases require a valid MN Driver's License, and if Necessary a Valid Permit to Purchase or MN Permit to Carry. The name must be the same that is on the invoice. An ATF form #4473 must also be filled out and NICS background check done.
ONLINE BIDDING ONLY A 13% buyer's premium will be charged on all items and lots. Discount of 3% if paid with Cash or Cashier's Check. Every bidder pays the same. For example, if you bid $100 on an item at the auction you will be charged $110 for the item on your auction invoice. Unless stated differently in the auction WE ACCEPT CASH, CREDIT CARDS (VISA, MASTER CARD, DISCOVER, AMERICAN EXPRESS UP TO $3,000) DEBIT, CASHIERS CHECK,AND MONEY ORDERS MADE OUT TO OTOWN AUCTIONS THIS AUCTION WILL CLOSE 3 ITEMS PER MINUTE STARTING AT THE POSTED TIME. AT THE CLOSING OF THE AUCTION THE ACTIVE ITEMS WILL AUTOMATICALLY BE EXTENDED FOR 3 MINUTES IF A BID IS PLACED.
